Refund Policy

At PlayStationKeys.coms, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we issue refunds or replacements for purchased digital products.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a code has been successfully delivered and redeemed. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement in the following cases: the gift card code you received is invalid or non-functional; the code has already been used prior to your purchase; the code does not match the product you ordered (wrong denomination or region); or you did not receive your code within 30 minutes of payment confirmation despite a correct email address.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: the code has already been successfully redeemed on a PlayStation account; you purchased the wrong denomination by mistake; you are unable to redeem the code due to account region mismatch (e.g., using a Turkish code on a non-Turkish PSN account); Sony has changed its regional policies after your purchase; or more than 7 days have passed since the order was placed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of your purchase via email at support@playstationkeys.com or WhatsApp at +994 50 861 15 55. Please include your order ID, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue, and a screenshot showing the error (if applicable). We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider — card refunds typically take 3–10 business days depending on your bank. ePoint refunds are usually processed faster.

5. Replacements

In many cases, instead of a monetary refund, we will offer a replacement code of equal value. Replacements are issued immediately upon verification of the issue and are our preferred resolution method as it is faster for you.
