Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PlayStationKeys.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Products and Eligibility
PlayStationKeys.com sells Turkish PlayStation Store gift cards and PlayStation Plus subscriptions. These products are intended for use on PSN accounts registered in the Turkey region. By purchasing, you confirm that you have a Turkish PSN account or understand how to create one. We are not responsible if a code cannot be redeemed due to account region mismatch.
2. Orders and Delivery
After successful payment, your gift card code will be delivered to the email address you provided within 5–10 minutes. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your order. PlayStationKeys.com is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or codes being filtered into your spam folder.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include any applicable fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through ePoint. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.
4. Refunds and Replacements
If the code you received is invalid or has already been used, contact us immediately at support@playstationkeys.com with your order ID. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement code or full refund within 24 hours. We do not offer refunds for codes that have already been successfully redeemed, or for purchases made in error (e.g., wrong denomination).
5. Usage Restrictions
Turkish PlayStation gift card funds cannot be used to purchase PS Plus subscriptions — this is a restriction imposed by Sony, not PlayStationKeys.com. Gift cards are single-use and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Reselling codes purchased from PlayStationKeys.com is prohibited without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
PlayStationKeys.com is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment. We are an independent reseller of digital PlayStation products. We are not liable for any changes Sony makes to regional pricing, account policies, or product availability. Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
